Final Examination for Bachelor's Degree - New Examination Procedures

RESOLUTION OF THE C.F. OF 13 DECEMBER 2007

1. The supervisor shall send to the Dean by e-mail, for each graduating student and within the deadlines established for each graduation session, the qualitative assessment along with the proposed evaluation, including the score ranging from 0 to 2 points.
2. The Dean shall forward to the Graduation Committee, composed of 7 members as provided for in the Educational Regulations of the degree programmes, the assessments and proposals received from the supervisors along with the corresponding copies of the final reports. Each committee member shall have access to the final reports in the restricted ESSE3web area.
3. The Graduation Committee shall meet to assess the final reports based on the supervisors’ evaluations and proposals, and will determine the final graduation grade, also taking into account the bonus provided for the time taken to complete the studies.
4. At the end of the proceedings, the Graduation Committee shall carry out the proclamation and confer the degree diplomas.
