Vademecum per i partecipanti al bando

1. Ingresso in Argentina (soggiorni inferiori a 90 giorni)

Per permanenze inferiori a 90 giorni non è necessario richiedere un visto per studio: gli studenti possono entrare nel Paese come turisti.

Per tutti i dettagli aggiornati su requisiti, documentazione necessaria e Paesi che necessitano di visto turistico, si invita a consultare il sito ufficiale del turismo argentino:

Gli studenti sono responsabili di verificare la validità del proprio passaporto e le eventuali condizioni di ingresso legate alla cittadinanza.

 

2. Accommodation e organizzazione del soggiorno a Santa Fe

Una volta conclusa la selezione dei candidati idonei, verrà organizzata una riunione dedicata con:
  • la referente locale del progetto presso la UNL,
  • le responsabili dell’Ufficio Internazionale.
Durante questo incontro verranno fornite soluzioni concrete per l’alloggio, grazie al supporto diretto delle referenti UNL, che dispongono di contatti affidabili e opzioni già sperimentate da studenti internazionali. Verranno inoltre condivise:
  • le proposte di accommodation disponibili e adatte alle esigenze degli studenti,
  • indicazioni sui quartieri più sicuri e convenienti dove soggiornare,
  • informazioni utili su come raggiungere Santa Fe e organizzare il proprio arrivo.
Si raccomanda agli studenti selezionati di partecipare alla riunione, che sarà quindi il momento principale per ricevere supporto pratico e personalizzato in vista della partenza.

 

Guidelines for Applicants

1. Entry into Argentina (stays under 90 days)

For stays shorter than 90 days, it is not necessary to apply for a student visa: students may enter the country as tourists.

Students are responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and for checking any entry conditions applicable to their nationality.

 

2. Accommodation and Stay Organization in Santa Fe

Once the selection of eligible candidates is completed, a dedicated meeting will be organized with:

  • the local project coordinator at UNL,
  • the staff of the International Office.

During this meeting, concrete accommodation options will be provided with the direct support of the UNL representatives, who can offer reliable contacts and solutions previously used by international students. The meeting will also include:

  • available accommodation proposals suitable for students’ needs,
  • guidance on the safest and most convenient neighborhoods to stay in,
  • practical information on how to reach Santa Fe and organize the initial phases of the stay.

Selected students are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting, which will be the main opportunity to receive practical and personalized support in preparation for departure.
