University scholarships

Seven FLOR (For Linking Overseas Relations) scolarships are awarded on merit to admitted International  students. The scholarships will cover accommodation and a monthly allowance for living expenses.

Please see the call for applications here; please note that if you are applying for the FLOR scholarship you must fill the FLOR application form available at the linked webpage above and upload it (in .pdf format) together with the pre-application documentation on the web platform here.

Scholarships are reserved to students that completed the pre-application through the Italian Embassy, if due.

Student Grants and Financial Assistance

Financial assistance and services are provided to Italian and International students alike by the ERSU, the Marche Region Agency for University Studies Support.

The call for application to ERSU grants usually opens in July and will be available at the webpage here (italian language only).

The application requires an italian fiscal code, therefore although international students may apply for it, the application process entails the physical presence of the applicant on the italian soil. The IEC Secretary office will provide help and/or orientation to those applicants that will have the possibility to come to Italy at their expenses to try to forward their application for ERSU grants.

Students living in households with patrimonial and income synthetic index, respectively ISPE ≤30.000 € and ISEE≤18500 € can apply for it.

The amount of the grants, moreover, varies according to the economic situation of applicants. The maximum amount of individual grants for International students is little less than 5.000 euro, split between services (food and accommodation in the ERSU residences) and a money allowance payable in two instalments, the first in December 2018 and the second in June 2019.

The income and the grant limits can change from year to year.

Please note that students with scholarships do not qualify for ERSU grants.
