VADEMECUM per partecipare all’attività didattica in sicurezza
Prenotazione obbligatoria delle Aule per le lezioni in presenza
STUDENTI GIA’ IMMATRICOLATI
Le credenziali già in possesso dello studente (utili per entrare nella propria Area Riservata) consentono l’accesso: alla piattaforma https://aule.univpm.it/AgendaWeb attraverso cui è necessario prenotare la lezione via web o app. Subito dopo la prenotazione, il sistema invia una e-mail di conferma.
STUDENTI NON ANCORA IMMATRICOLATI
Gli Studenti non ancora immatricolati devono iscriversi nella piattaforma https://univpm.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do , Il sistema genera delle credenziali provvisorie che consentono l’accesso alla piattafroma https://aule.univpm.it/AgendaWeb
Il sistema di prenotazione sarà attivo dal 20/9/2021. Il posto aula potrà essere prenotato 7 giorni prima.
Partecipazione alla didattica a distanza
STUDENTI GIA’ IMMATRICOLATI
Le credenziali già in possesso dello studente (utili per entrare nella propria Area Riservata) consentono l’accesso:
- alla piattaforma https://learn.univpm.it/ utilizzata dai docenti per rendere disponibile il materiale didattico;
- alla piattaforma https://teams.microsoft.com/ utilizzata dai docenti per la trasmissione delle lezioni in streaming.
STUDENTI NON ANCORA IMMATRICOLATI
Gli Studenti non ancora immatricolati devono iscriversi nella piattaforma https://univpm.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do.
Il sistema genera delle credenziali provvisorie che consentono l’accesso alla piattaforma https://learn.univpm.it/ .
La fruizione della lezione in streaming Teams sarà comunque garantita dal docente, che renderà disponibile il link dell’aula virtuale su https://learn.univpm.it/

How to safely join the 2021/2022 didactic activites at UNIVPM
Mandatory reservation of seats and classrooms (The physical attendance is limited due to covid-19 restrctions)
STUDENTS can access the reservation platform at https://aule.univpm.it/AgendaWeb with the usual UNIVPM credentials ( e.g. username S1105678, password temp2612+ ), the reservations can be managed via the web and/or the dedicated mobile app;
Remote access
STUDENTS can access the e-learning platform https://learn.univpm.it/ with the usual UNIVPM credentials; there, each professor upload class materials and, day by day, the links to the online sessions. Lessons are streamed mainly via the Microsoft Teams application: all the students that didn’t book their seat in time (as explained above) can attend classes in remote.

The European Digital Covid Certificate
From September 1 to December 31, 2021, all students that want to attend classes must have (and exhibit on demand) both the UNIVPM QR Code and the EU Digital Covid Certificate, elsewhere known as Green Pass. A few equivalent certifications and/or proven exemptions from the vaccination campaign are considered.
